Alan Bonds 1939 DX Hybrid

This is my original bike from 1976-79, seen in many Repack photos as a green bike. I put the Cook Bros fork on it in 1979 along with the cantilever posts. I rode it over Pearl Pass that year.

Suntour and TA drive train, it used Dia-Compe cantilevers back then.

I found the aloy stem in 1980 and couldn't resist drilling it out. Rims are Ukai 2.125.
